The Acaydia campus is located in the heart of Utah County at the crossroads of University Avenue and Center Street in historic downtown Provo. The safe, cozy neighborhood is home to 150 retail stores and boutiques as well as 39 restaurants, seamlessly blended among professional offices, financial centers, residences and art galleries. In the evenings, the same neighborhood transforms itself into a vibrant nightlife and cultural center satisfying a variety of diverse interests. All within several short blocks, the neighborhood boasts two comedy clubs, the Center Street Musical Theater and the Covey Center for the Arts, along with several dance clubs, live-music venues and popular college hangouts. School Facilities

The Acaydia classrooms and offices are nestled in the second floor commercial space above the Los Hermanos Mexican Restaurant, a familiar Provo landmark. The space includes four separate classrooms for specific instruction and a small student lobby. Administrative offices, restrooms and the Student Services department are located just across the hall in the same building.

The clinical laboratory, where students perform services for actual clients, is located across the street from the classrooms in the upscale retail space of the Wells Fargo Bank Building. The facility’s décor and atmosphere were patterned after a typical, Ritz Carlton luxury spa. The clinic includes an elegant reception area, a group pedicure room, a makeup room, a student lounge, three treatment rooms and a body treatment room.

The high-end equipment, celebrity-endorsed product lines and spa treatments are representative of what a customer might find at a day spa in swank Beverly Hills or SoHo neighborhoods. Students have access to the best industry equipment, including crystal and diamond microdermabrasion, high frequency, and galvanic systems from Universal Companies and FDA approved cellulite and inch loss lymphatic treatments by Synergie. Students work with exclusive Sonya Dakar and Glymed product lines; the same products are often featured in People, Elle, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and are endorsed by Gwyneth Paltrow, Kirsten Dunst, and Cameron Diaz. Acaydia’s upscale clinic and commercial location are spectacular resources to develop the trade skills, business knowledge, and industry professionalism the school is committed to teaching.
