SCHOOL FACILITY
Acaydia School of Aesthetics was founded in 2006, and opened its current campus and spa center in Provo, Utah. Acaydia is nationally accredited by the National Accrediting Commission for Cosmetology Arts and Sciences (NACCAS).

Acaydia has two locations for learning. The classroom facilities provide a hands-on, instructor assisted learning environment, lecture rooms for open discussions and group oriented study activities. Administrative Offices and the Student Services department are located just across the hall from the classrooms.

At the Acaydia Spa, aesthetic students perform services for actual clients. Students accumulate approximately half of their 600 or 1200 hours at the Acaydia Spa to become skilled practitioners.

Working on actual clients mimics real life situations and allows students to exercise the professional comportment taught in class. A spa atmosphere is vital for both students and clients to maximize their experience at Acaydia, without the noise of a busy classroom in the background. This entire model facilitates a smooth transition for future employment.

Acaydia places emphasis on developing student mindset to be ingredient and technology savvy. Students have access to the finest industry equipment, including, crystal and diamond microdermabrasion; high frequency and galvanic systems; FDA approved cellulite and inch loss lymphatic treatments; in-house Laser hair removal and photo-rejuvenation machinery, and more. Students work with exclusive Sonya Dakar and Glymed product lines; the same products are often featured in People, Elle, Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and are endorsed by Gwyneth Paltrow, Kirsten Dunst, and Cameron Diaz. Acaydia’s upscale student spa and commercial location are exceptional resources to develop the trade skills, business knowledge and industry professionalism.
